Subsequent appointment: (30 - 45 mins): £60

Pilates 1:1 assessment: (50 mins) £60

Pilates in the hall: 6 week course £72

Pilates Zoom: 6 week course £60

Home Visits (45 mins): £80

A cancellation charge of £20 will be made for appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice.

We are recognised by all major health insurance companies, however you must check with your insurance company first to obtain an authorisation number and to note your excess.
We are able to supply receipts if claiming back from a third party.
